This is a plain-English privacy note for the early workflow audit service. It is not legal advice.

What you send

If you request an async workflow review, you may choose to send questionnaire answers, screenshots, screen recordings, links, and notes about the workflow you want reviewed.

What not to send

Please avoid sending sensitive client data unless it is essential. Redact names, addresses, bank details, tax references, payroll details, account numbers, and personal identifiers where possible.

How the information is used

Information you send is used to understand the workflow, identify bottlenecks, prepare a mini-diagnosis, and, if agreed, produce a paid workflow audit or implementation proposal.
